Cocktail Pools is a manufacturer of precast concrete pools serving the State of Florida. Our pools are sold and installed by authorized dealers. We do not sell directly to consumers and we do not install our pools. Related equipment such as heaters, filters and pumps are also provided independently of us.
In most Florida communities, Cocktail Pools can be installed by a Florida licensed general contractor provided they use licensed plumbing and electrical subcontractors. No gunite/shotcrete, no steel rebar placement, and no tile and plaster crews are required.

Cocktail Pools are manufactured in a quality controlled facility. Every pool is manufactured to an engineered standard in a controlled environment by the same crew utilizing exacting standards.

Low overhead costs make Cocktail Pools an affordable opportunity
As a Cocktail Pool dealer, there is no inventory to stock, no franchise fees or investment in expensive dealer start up costs. A non refundable 10% deposit secures a manufacturing date for the pool. An additional 50% non refundable deposit is due when the pool is complete and a final payment of 40% is due upon scheduling delivery.
